Our network of members identify potential development opportunities in both the commercial and residential sectors and work together to maximise these opportunities.

Some of our members also attend the Investment and Development meetings which helps to benchmark trends in Investment Values and therefore aids decision making in establishing the best value for our clients.

Covering every part of the UK through the 30 strong PAI membership, the Planning and Development Group combine to bring local expertise and reliable market knowledge to help and assist in unlocking the best value in potential development opportunities

The Planning and Development Group provide a wealth of experience drawn from senior planners and surveyors with expertise in this area. Dealing with all types of land and property the Group combines national knowledge with local expertise to help our clients achieve the best outcomes for their property assets both by advising on development potential and by helping to protect them from proposed changes in permitted use, for example in Local Plans.
