Angus Thomson MRICS
Director
Angus has over 18 years of commercial property experience and an exceptional knowledge of the commercial property markets throughout Scotland and the north of England. Angus’ main focus is on the commercial agency side of the business and provides advice to both landlords and tenants across all sectors.
Recent deals include acquiring a vacant industrial building in Edinburgh and subsequently letting the property in a “back to back” deal for a property company client. He has also recently acquired two Edinburgh offices for tenants totalling 20,000 sqft. He is retained by several landlords and occupiers for on-going lease negotiations and asset management advice.
John Morton MRICS
Director
John has over 18 years of experience in commercial property and has undertaken a range of investment transactions across Scotland and the rest of the UK. His clients include private investors, property companies, institutions and overseas investors. John is well known for providing detailed market knowledge to his clients and ensuring deals complete in a timely manner. Recent deals include an office portfolio acquisition for an institutional client for £42 million and a Scottish industrial portfolio for £6 million for an overseas family trust.
As well as investment transactions, John is heavily involved in providing asset management advice to two retained property company clients. This includes agency, lease renewals, rent reviews and on-going investment advice.
