Primmer Olds’ main geographical area of operation was traditionally central southern England focusing on the main commercial centres of Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester, Bournemouth and Poole, Salisbury, Basingstoke and Chichester.
Whilst this southern core area remains at the heart of Primmer Olds, this fusion of Primmer Olds B.A.S bolsters the accessibility and exposure of the agency business to BAS Property Consultants’ national client base whilst providing enhanced professional support to BAS.

Duane Walker
Director
Duane joined Primmer Olds at the age of 20 whilst still studying a degree in Real Estate and Valuation at Southampton Institute. Further to graduating in 1997, Duane achieved RICS accreditation in 2000 and subsequently becoming a Registered Valuer. Duane became partner and has been one of the driving forces at Primmer Olds which has led to the forming of Primmer Olds B.A.S.
Duane has a wide breadth of experience in the transactional side of the business across all sectors of the market. He specialises in local investment and development agency throughout Hampshire with a particular emphasis on acquisitions and asset improvement.
Duane manages the promotion of the firm taking a progressive approach towards its marketing as well as prioritising the client’s property interests.
Notable clients have included Bacardi, CBRE Global Investors, London and Cambridge Properties, Kennedy Wilson, Bellway Homes and more.
Bradley Smith
Director
As a founding Director of BAS Property Consultants in 2006 and backed by nearly 20 years of experience within the sector, Bradley has extensive understanding of working in many disciplines across the construction industry for a wide and diverse network of clients of all sizes and profile.
MRICS qualified, Bradley has a passion for delivery and very much a can do attitude which ensures time and time again clients' projects are delivered on time, to a high standard and within budget.
Bradley's experience and approachability is invaluable for heading up the Building Consultancy Team whilst he personally retains instructions as Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Building Surveyor for small domestic clients through to Blue Chip clients which have included Coutts and Co. Wealth Management, Nokia UK Ltd, Barclays Capital, The Royal Bank of Scotland and The Ministry of Defence.
Other clients have included private developers, housing associations and major high street retailers.
