Edward graduated from South Bank University in 1986 with a Bachelor's Degree Estate Management. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1988 whilst practicing in London, was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1999 and has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial property market. He moved back to practice in his home town of Brighton in 1990 and established Flude Property Consultants in 1996.

Edward has extensive practical and technical experience as well as an in-depth knowledge of the commercial property market in Brighton and Sussex. He currently heads up the Valuation & Lease Advisory Teams and acts on behalf of landlords and tenants in commercial rent reviews, dispute resolution, lease renewals and lease re-gears, as well as dealing with specific consultancy and relocation requirements.

Andrew Halfacree has worked in the commercial property market on the South Coast since 1991 qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995. He has worked in Brighton & Hove since 1996 and teamed up with Edward Flude in 1997 shortly after the inception of Flude Property Consultants.

As well as dealing with acquisitions and disposals, Andrew also undertakes consultancy work for both private and public sector clients advising on the feasibility of development projects, rationalisation of property portfolios, regearing of leases and identification of opportunities to add value / save costs.

Mark qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992 whilst practising in London and has over 20 years’ experience in the commercial property market in London and the South East having worked for firms in London, Crawley, Chichester and Worthing. Mark spent eight years of his career specialising in the Chichester property market and was responsible for the expansion of Flude opening an office there in 2011. Mark heads the Chichester office.

Specialisms include agency, development and investment. Mark has been involved in the acquisition, development, letting and sale of a number of high profile sites and buildings in Chichester and the South East on behalf of property companies, Institutional investors and funds, high net worth individuals and occupiers.

Roger joined Flude in 2014 as head of the Property Management team and has over 20 years’ experience cross all aspects of commercial and residential property management. Roger has previously managed large mixed use commercial and residential portfolios across the South East including retail parks and offices. He is also experienced in residential block management and lettings.

Roger is an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers.

Daniel graduated from The University of Portsmouth in 2012 with a 1st class Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate. Daniel’s career started at the VOA (Valuation Office Agency), where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. In 2015, Daniel moved to the private sector, joining CBRE’s West End Rating & Taxation team. Since 2018 Daniel has worked with Flude Property Consultants.

Daniel has extensive experience in client management and providing Rating advice to national occupiers and landlords. Daniel is based in the Chichester office but provides Rating advice across all our offices.

Daniel specialises in finding creative solutions in order minimise rate liabilities. Savings are often generated through; challenging excessive Rateable Values, deleting properties from the Rating List that are undergoing refurbishment/redevelopment, mitigating Empty Property Rates, securing reductions due to Material Changes in Circumstances, splitting and merging assessments, and advising on reliefs & exemptions.

Sebastian is an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has worked in the South East commercial property market since 2012 for Flude Property Consultants. Sebastian joined Mark Minchell in the Chichester office following its opening 2011 and helped grow the office to include around eight fee earners. In 2018 Sebastian oversaw the successful merger with Garner Wood, which saw Flude Property Consultants open a Portsmouth office.

Sebastian now heads up the Portsmouth office and helps lead the agency business across the Portsmouth and Chichester offices. He acts for a wide range of clients including institutions, property companies, charities, public bodies and high net worth individuals.
