We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Experts, providing a range of services, which include: Agency; Property Management; Lease Consultancy; Valuation Reports; Rent Reviews; and Lease Renewals.
John Goodwin is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors offering a personal and professional service focusing on the requirements of the client. The first office was opened in Ledbury in 1981, two years later Colwall was opened, with Malvern following in 1991 and Upton in 1999. Most recently saw the addition of our associated London office in Park Lane.
The firm includes members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which enforces a strict code of conduct and ethics for its members, and individual members of the National Association of Estate Agents. John Goodwin is also a member of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents. The firm employs 35 dedicated members of staff in 4 offices, covering the three counties.
