Alistair Mitchell
Alistair started his career as a land agent before joining Fenn Wright in 1991 and qualifying as a General Practice Chartered Surveyor in 1994, becoming a Partner within the Commercial Division in 2008.
He has extensive experience of the commercial property market in Suffolk and acts for a wide range of property companies, local businesses and private clients.
Chris Jessup
Partner
Chris has been an estate agent for over 30 years within Essex and Suffolk, joining Fenn Wright in 1998. He has since forged a highly successful career and quickly gained a reputation for straight talking, honest advice. He is now Partner and ‘the agent of choice’, when selling desirable high value ‘Signature’ homes around Christchurch Park in Ipswich and the surrounding villages. He lives close to the park with his family and enjoys walking and eating out.
Alan Williams
Senior Partner
Alan started his career with the District Valuer’s office and then worked for a national corporate estate agency before joining Fenn Wright. He has managed the Colchester and Ipswich residential sales offices, is a specialist in land and new homes and opened the Witham branch in 2002.
He became a partner of the business in 1999, was Managing Partner between 2004 and March 2021 and became Senior Partner on 1st April 2021.
One part of Alan’s role is to help grow the business and Fenn Wright’s residential sales and lettings operations have expanded through a combination of acquisition and the addition of new branches in Manningtree, Kesgrave, Sudbury and Woodbridge.
The business has also acquired Newman Commercial and Taylor and Co to strengthen its commercial property services and provide an unrivalled range of professional skills and local market knowledge.
Alan is also a director of the Essex Blind Charity.
