David has worked as a specialist commercial property agent focused on the M3, M4 and A3 corridors since 1988 with much of his career spent at Vail Williams. David was previously Director / Owner of Wadham & Isherwood (Camberley / Farnham) until this business merged with Curchod & Co. He is now a Partner of Curchod & Co and is based in the Camberley office specialising in business space agency and providing investment and development advice primarily focused in Surrey, the Blackwater Valley / M3 and East Hampshire.

Nick is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 20 years of experience working in commercial property consultancy, having started his career at Wadham & Isherwood. Nick worked his way up to become a partner/owner of Wadham & Isherwood and then become a partner/owner of Curchod & Co when the two firms merged in 2018.
He specialises in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, specifically within the South East market where he has built a diverse range of corporate clients acting for QinetiQ, BAE Systems, Smithers, American Express, Hermes Investment Management, Aberdeen Standard, Airbus, to name a few.
Nick undertakes searches for both large scale industrial and logistics space to office headquarters, negotiating the best possible lease terms or purchase price for clients, while at the same time ensuring occupational timescales are adhered to.
Nick has built a strong reputation in the market and is a trusted adviser for a number of local authority clients including Waverley, Guildford, Rushmoor and East Hampshire Borough Councils, providing strategic property advice as well as agency and Landlord & Tenant consultancy.
He is a Partner of Curchod & Co and is involved in setting the strategic direction of the business.
Richard is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, qualifying as a General Practice Surveyor in 2001. He has worked in Surrey for over 19 years, predominantly handling the acquisition and disposal of commercial premise acting on behalf of local occupiers and Institutional Investors. Richard joined Curchod & Co in 2009 to expand the commercial property department and became a Partner in 2011.

Piers is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience of advising on commercial property in the South East of England. Prior to joining as a Partner/owner of Curchod & Co, Piers was a Principal and Head of South East Offices at Avison Young, Director and Head of Office Agency at Capita Plc and a National Director at JLL. He started his career at King Sturge in 2000 and became a Partner in 2008 before the merger with JLL.
Piers specialises in the South East office market acting for funds, developers, investors and property companies as well as advising across the occupier spectrum from large global occupiers to small start-up companies acquiring their first office space. He has acted on some of the regions premier office schemes, such as The Heights, Brooklands for M&G (leasing), Ruskin Square in Croydon for Schroders and Stanhope (leasing), Arlington Square in Bracknell for Arlington (leasing), Cathedral Square, Guildford for Europa and Ediston (Investment), Frimley Business Park for Rushmoor Borough Council (Investment), and Sovereign Gate in Richmond for Watkin Property Ventures (Investment, redevelopment and leasing).
He also has significant Expert Witness experience on matters pertaining to employment use and in particular office space in the South East. This work normally revolves around change of use, viability and demand matters, recent projects, where he has appeared as an Expert Witness, include the planning inquiry on the ERA Site, Cleeve Road, Leatherhead and he recently appeared at the online planning inquiry for Tolworth Tower Planning on behalf of the appellant.
Piers also has extensive occupier experience having acted for a number of corporate clients including GSK, Cubix PSI, Capita, Thales, Network Rail, O2, Orange, Pfizer and Brewin Dolphin.
Jessica is a Partner at Curchod & Co having joined us in March 2014 based in the Weybridge office. Jessica has worked in residential & commercial property management for over 12 years. She is a qualified member of ARLA Propertymark and an Associate of the RICS. Jessica leads our Commercial & AST Residential Property Management team and is currently responsible for a number of portfolios across the UK encompassing commercial, mixed use and residential investment blocks let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies. Her wealth of knowledge and experience has been instrumental in the further expansion of our property management services.

Successfully supporting a client through the re- development of a mixed use building in Shepperton, Middlesex and enabling the building to increase in worth to over £1.5 million
Management of installing and correcting electric metering of an old bank into offices and shops and successfully delivering this while commercial tenants were insitu
