The CPN City Visit 2026: Exploring London Through Local Expertise

This week, more than 50 members and affiliate partners of The CPN will descend on London for one of the most anticipated events in the network calendar – our annual City Visit.

Over the years, the City Visit has become a much-loved tradition within The CPN. Previous tours have taken members to Edinburgh, Cambridge and Newcastle, each providing a unique opportunity to explore the commercial property landscape of a different UK city through the eyes of local experts.

The concept is simple but incredibly valuable. Each year, one of our member firms hosts the visit, curating a programme that combines property tours, market insight, local knowledge and, of course, excellent networking opportunities. The result is an event that not only strengthens relationships across the network but also helps members gain a deeper understanding of the regional markets that shape the UK’s commercial property sector.

This year’s visit takes us to London, with the programme being hosted by our central London member firm, Tuckerman.

Established as one of London’s most respected independent commercial property consultancies, Tuckerman has built an enviable reputation for providing expert advice across agency, investment, professional services and development consultancy. Their knowledge of the capital’s constantly evolving property market makes them the ideal hosts for what promises to be another fascinating City Visit.

Special recognition must go to our hosts Mark Fisher and Alex Lewis of Tuckerman, who has once again demonstrated the generosity and enthusiasm that characterises The CPN network. Mark and his team have spent many months planning and coordinating the tour, drawing upon their extensive knowledge of London to create an itinerary that will showcase parts of the city, its history and its commercial property market from perspectives that many visitors rarely get the opportunity to experience.

Whilst we do not want to spoil too many surprises before members arrive, attendees can look forward to a mixture of property, history, infrastructure and regeneration, all viewed through a commercial property lens. As with previous City Visits, the focus will be on understanding how a city has evolved, the challenges it faces, and the opportunities that lie ahead.

Of course, the City Visit is about far more than the buildings we see. It is also an opportunity for members from across the UK to spend time together, exchange market intelligence, discuss opportunities and strengthen the relationships that make The CPN such a collaborative and effective network.

Over the next few days, we will be sharing updates from the tour, providing a glimpse into some of the locations visited and the conversations taking place along the way.

For now, we would like to extend our thanks to Tuckerman and, in particular, Mark and Alex, for the time, effort and expertise that has gone into organising this year’s visit. We look forward to discovering London through the eyes of those who know it best.
