In the world of property planning, expertise and experience are paramount. This is where Broadgrove Planning and Development shines as a beacon of proficiency within The Commercial Property Network (The CPN). Founded in the summer of 2018 by Richard Walters and Andy McMullan, Broadgrove brings over 35 years of combined experience to the table, setting a new standard in property planning advice.
The Genesis of Broadgrove
After leading some of the largest property consultancies in the UK, Richard and Andy decided it was time to create a firm that truly prioritises client needs. Broadgrove was born out of a commitment to provide clear, concise, and commercially astute property planning advice. This client-first ethos underpins everything they do, from the smallest appraisal to the largest development project.

Though based in the Northwest, Broadgrove’s influence and expertise span the entire United Kingdom. They have been instrumental in adding value to their clients’ properties through strategic planning and development advice.
