The strength of The CPN network has once again been demonstrated through the successful off-market sale of Ellough Industrial Estate, Beccles — a transaction completed through the close collaboration of two member firms.
The deal was introduced to Mathew Halliwell of Brackenridge Hanson Tate, acting on behalf of Pioneer Real Estate and their long-standing partner Pears Property, by Sam Kingston of Roche Chartered Surveyors, who acted for the vendors.
The estate totals 15 acres, comprising 70 units with 220,000 sq ft of warehouse accommodation and a further 30,000 sq ft of open storage land. It presents significant asset management potential, from leasing initiatives to refurbishment opportunities, all underpinned by secure income from low rents.
This substantial acquisition was achieved entirely off market — a clear demonstration of the power of The CPN.
