One of Devon’s best-loved village pubs, the Drake Manor Inn in Buckland Monachorum, is on the market after 35 years.

Originally a hostelry for the stone masons building the parish church next door, the Drake has been an inn for almost 900 years.

The CPN members, Vickery Holman are offering the building and business for sale with a guide price of £745,000.
