CPN members Burley Browne have announced that Profile Industrial Roofing – a market leader in the provision of industrial and commercial roof refurbishment solutions – has completed the acquisition of a Staffordshire warehouse unit.

The roofing company has purchased the freehold of 9-10 Titan Way, at Britannia Enterprise Park, Lichfield, with full vacant possession for an undisclosed sum. Burley Browne senior associate director Ben Nicholson acted on behalf of a private individual in the sale of the property.
