The CPN’s northern-based members came together in York at the end of October for a lively social and CPD evening — with a warm welcome extended to our newest member firm, PPH Commercial. As one of the leading commercial property consultants in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, PPH brings a wealth of regional expertise to the Network.

CPN President, Fergus Laird and fellow Board members met for a briefing with representatives from the PPH team. This was followed by informal drinks and discussion with fellow northern representatives. Over 25 members joined the gathering, sharing market insights, local updates, and plenty of good humour before heading off to Bengal Brasserie for dinner.

It was a convivial evening of connection and conversation — a chance to catch up, exchange ideas, and, as ever, put the commercial property world to rights! Lots of ideas for more inter-firm collaboration, and offers of city visits from a few member firms!
