The CPN members Primmer Olds B.A.S were instructed by a private family investment company to advise on the disposal of a site they have owned for in excess of 30 years. Working with the client they explored various options including subject to planning sales for alternate uses along with sale unconditionally for similar use.

The resulting sale took place via a share transfer agreement of the holding company to Sparks Commercial Services. Established in 1990, Sparks Commercial Services are a Renault truck and van centre with depots across the South.
