The CPN member Burley Browne has successfully negotiated the terms for the letting of Unit 31 Britannia Enterprise Park off Britannia Way in Lichfield to Legionella and Fire Safe Services who have expanded their occupation on the estate with the addition of this warehouse building. The property comprises an end of terrace unit comprising of warehouse space together with two storey offices which extends to a floor area of 1,727 sq ft.

The letting marks further success on the estate and follows the recent lettings of Units 9, 10 & 17 this year which reinforces the popularity of the estate.
