The 2024 annual CoStar awards have been announced, which use CoStar’s commercial property database to carry out detailed analysis of the thousands of deals in the UK and recognise the most active agents in their respective regional markets nationwide.

The CPN members Flude Property Consultants are delighted to announce that they have been recognised as:

• Winners of Brighton & Hove’s Most Active Office Disposal Agent for both the total number of deals and the total quantity of square footage transacted
• Winner of the Most Active Office Disposal Agent for total number of deals on the South Coast
• In the top 5 agents for the Most Active Office Disposal Agent for total quantity of square footage transacted on the South Coast
• In the top 5 agents for the Most Active Industrial Disposal Agent for the total number of deals on the South East

Placing 1^st as the Most Active Office Disposal Agent is now incredibly the fifth consecutive year Flude have topped this category and is testament to Ed Deslandes, who heads the firms office agency team, and their prolific activity in the office market.
