The company has recently acquired Friend & Falcke Chartered Surveyors, based in London Kensington and Emberson & Co, based in Aldershot and the Blackwater Valley and is now expanding their area of operation into central and southwest London while also developing commercial agency functions
The company offers a wide range of RICS accredited residential and commercial property services throughout Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, South West M25 and London areas. All surveyors are specialists in their field and Directors have worked for many years in their geographical areas to provide good local knowledge.
The business uses Quest Associates and GoReport software and is innovative in the use of valuation data and on-site equipment but resists “doorstep sign-off” techniques. The business has a wide-ranging and established client base and is well supported by private clients. Founding director of the company he spent his early career with Capital & Counties and Chesterton International in London W1 before subsequently spending some time in Hong Kong then setting up his practice in Surrey in 1995.
Principally responsible for Valuation practice and Investment advice within the company he is also an accredited expert witness, dealing with a wide range of litgation support issues.
