BHT are an independent, multi-disciplinary firm of commercial Chartered Surveyors established in 1998, providing a national service from our central Leeds office.
We are a highly motivated and broad ranging team of 13, led by the founding partners David W Brackenridge BSc(Hons) MRICS and W Robin Hanson FRICS, supported by 5 surveyors, an accounts manager and one secretary. We have 2 consultants; Clive Thomas FRICS based in London and Rob Stollery BSc (Hons) MRICS based in Derbyshire.
We deliver a professional, high quality proactive approach, tailoring services to meet individual needs and delivering solutions to both property owners and occupiers alike. Our aim is to build long-term relationships and to secure repeat business.
BHT are regulated by the RICS and are also members of Property Agents Independent which is an association of smaller commercial property practices throughout the UK.

David has worked in Leeds for over 30 years, dealing with property on a nationwide basis. He specialises in the acquisition and disposal of investment property but has been instrumental in setting up and running the property management department.
