The annual competition is based on the total floor area and number of buildings sold and let throughout a twelve-month period. Local, national and international commercial agents compete for these coveted annual awards and the Agency team came top in both Essex and Suffolk, completing 199 and 67 transactions respectively.
Michael Moody was named Top Dealmaker in the East of England in 2023. Michael started his career in 2006 with Newman Commercial which was acquired by Fenn Wright in 2017 and was promoted to Salaried Partner in 2020. He has excellent knowledge of the local market and has been involved in many notable transactions. Michael completed 97 deals within the East of England, accounting for nearly half of all those completed by the business within Essex.
With Commercial Agency teams based in the major towns and cities of Chelmsford, Colchester and Ipswich, Michael Moody and Ed Nolan topped the leaderboard for the most lettings and occupational sales in Colchester for the last 12 months. Similarly, the individual Top Dealmakers in Ipswich were Hamish Stone and Alistair Mitchell, and in Chelmsford, John Logan and James Wright
