Fairhurst Buckley, the leading Stockport-based commercial property consultancy and the largest firm of RICS Chartered Surveyors in South Manchester, has announced two significant appointments as it continues to expand its team and respond to growing national demand.

Chris Hobbs has joined the firm’s Building Consultancy department, bringing over seven years of industry experience, including roles at INTEGA Building Consultancy and Sircle, where he managed major refurbishment projects and surveys across the UK. His appointment reflects Fairhurst Buckley’s continued investment in high-calibre talent to support its ambitious growth strategy.

Peter Flood has also joined the firm’s Commercial Property Management team. With more than 22 years of experience, Peter was previously Operations Manager at Philip James Partnership, where he helped scale the portfolio from 150 to over 2,200 properties, before running his own successful property management business. His appointment reinforces Fairhurst Buckley’s commitment to providing outstanding operational leadership and client service.
