We are excited to announce that Mark Minchell, an experienced director in the commercial property sector, has been appointed as the Chair of the Investment Panel for The Commercial Property Network (CPN). Mark’s focus during his commercial property career has been on Investment Property, most notably with Flude Property Consultants, which equips him with the wealth of experience and industry knowledge to guide the panel’s initiatives and strategy.
Flude Property Consultants, members of The Commercial Property Network, are an independent regional firm of Chartered Surveyors. They have a dedicated focus on advising clients who own or occupy real estate.
The Investment Panel is an essential entity within The CPN, consolidating the collective wisdom, expertise, and experience from over 25 commercial property organisations that form the network.
The panel convenes for regular meetings and reviews to share best practices, discuss market trends, and share opportunities. This collaborative approach allows CPN firms to bring off-market opportunities to their clients, thereby increasing the potential for investment and growth within the sector.
Mark Minchell expressed his enthusiasm about his new role, stating, “Being involved in the panel brings great benefit to its members. Market intelligence and fee generation is at the heart of this panel.”
Mark further elaborated on the plans for the coming year, “This year we are looking to continue the great work that the Investment Panel has conducted in previous years. But we’re not stopping there. We would like to invite client side speakers to our face-to-face meetings to give insights into their markets and we are planning to reinforce the role of ‘Development’ to the Panel, recognising the close alignment between the two areas. This will help us further broaden our expertise and continue to expand on the value that the panel already produces.”
